Exciting News
Due to overwhelming numbers applying for a place on a Saturday, we are very proud to announce a new venue for TAPA students.
It’s exceptionally convenient as we can more or less see it from our doorstep!!
Currently our Theatre Company use the premises every Saturday morning and now we are starting dance classes there too.
We have always had greater interest for classes on Saturday’s but have been unable to accommodate people past the threshold we have here. Also, I was concerned about the numbers in classes being too high and therefore risking the quality of teaching for each student.
The teacher at the new venue is Emma Delanoy and she has been with us from September this year. Miss Emma is fully qualified in ISTD Modern, Tap and Ballet and she came to us highly recommended by a top ISTD examiner. She has already fitted in and become part of the TAPA family and I am so glad she has agreed to run our Saturday classes.

Following the huge success of The Red Ball in 2009, TAPA PA are hosting another glamorous evening at the same venue. This time we have hired 4 gaming tables with croupiers to stage a Casino Night. It’s going to be a fabulous evening of Champagne, Canapes, full Hot and Cold Buffet plus a licensed Bar to purchase beer and wine and to top it all off our very own Cocktail Bar. Tickets are priced at £20 which on top of the buffet, includes your gambling money for the evening. You can purchase tickets from reception or by contacting us via email or Facebook. Please put the date in your diary and get ready for some fun…..
Thank you to everyone who came to the Garden Party yesterday. It was a glorious day with lots of laughter, Pimms, sunshine but maybe a little too much sparkly hairspray!!

Classes are £7 per class or buy a block of 10 for £55.
All classes are taken by qualified Zumba instructor Natalie Foster.

Congratulations to all the children who took Ballet, Tap and Modern exams just before Christmas. The results were outstanding with all children gaining either a Merit or Distinction. We are so proud of you all for the hard work and effort you put in to getting such fabulous marks.
Jazz assesments are next week for all children in junior classes and above. Please make sure you bring your music for your solo to class.
The PA are running a ‘Guess how many sweets in the jar’ competition in reception. £1 a guess.
We have our next quiz night on February 12th. Quiz night is always a lot of fun and all the money raised goes to the PA.
The Theatre Company is thriving and they have scheduled their first performance for April 10th where they will be premiering a brand new Musical Production called The Voice Upstairs – tickets are selling fast so please contact us if you would like to come and see our very own Theatre Company.
Wow. What a fantastic party!! We were all so impressed with everyone and thought you did some fabulous dancing. Santa said what a polite and kind group of children you all were
